This is a regional introductory course for incoming Pulmonary and Critical Care fellows from 14 institutions across the midwestern states of the United states. The course utilizes a flipped classroom model with onsite emphasis on hands-on training, and lectures provided ahead of time electronically. The model is fresh-thawed human cadavers with a low student:cadaver (3:1-4:1) and student:instructor (2:1-3:1) ratio. Bronchoscopy Education Project resources are utilized extensively
