Overview: This course is designed for the trainees and practicing Pulmonologists & Thoracic Surgeons to advance their knowledge and skills in EBUS-TBNA sampling. To maximize the learning experience, the participants will spend more time at the hands-on station with minimal didactic lectures. This course has been endorsed by the American Thoacic Society and The American Association for Bronchology & Interventional Pulmonology.

At the completion of this course the participant will have a thorough knowledge of the 1) Mediastinal anatomy and lymph node stations, 2) Efficient Technique of EBUS TBNA to sample lymph nodes and peripheral lung masses, 3) Specimen processing to increase the diagnostic yield of non- malignant conditions and thoracic malignancies with specific molecular markers identification.
