We are excited to announce that JOBIP has now been accepted in Index Medicus/Medline! JOBIP is an official journal of the WABIP, and is the official journal of the AABIP.

On behalf of the executive committee of the WABIP, I would like to extend our congratulations to the JOBIP editorial board and to all those consultants, advisors, authors, reviewers, and staff members who contributed to the Journal’s success.

On a personal note, I am extremely honored to have been a founding associate editor, along with Drs. Paul Kvale and Atul Mehta, of the journal initially launched under the leadership of Dr. Udaya BS Prakash. The successful indexing of JOBIP is the result of dedicated work on the part of many, and the fulfillment of a dream that is shared by hundreds in our interventional pulmonary community.
